K.G.R.L.College of Pharmacy, Bhimavaram, though it has got its own academic identity and freedom, is a part of The Bhimavaram Education Society. This institute is promoted by General Body member consists of 400 members who elects Governing Body members. It is the responsibility of the Governing Body to provide good governance to the institution. With in the Governing Body, some people are nominated as President, Vice-President, Secretary and Correspondent, Joint Secretary and Treasurer to look after the various aspects of administration.

Faculty Council will meet once in a month to monitor the developments and improvements and take the necessary decisions on issues related to academic affairs.

VIII. ADMISSION PROCEDURE
  • Mention the admission test being followed, name and address of the Test Agency and its URL (website).
A Common entrance test(EAMET) is conducted for all the Universities and its affiliated colleges which are offering Engineering in Andhra Pradesh by the Convenor- EAMCET, nominated by the Government of Andhra Pradesh from a University on rotation basis. Admission are made through centralized on-line counseling on the basis of ranks obtained by the students in EAMCET and by following the rule of reservation. Students are given freedom to choose their colleges. The Management of concerned colleges fill 25% of the seats with NRI candidates.
